Yes — you can integrate your website with the AI Agent for WordPress even if it is not hosted at SiteGround.

You simply need to connect it to SiteGround AI Studio using the SiteGround AI Studio Agent WordPress plugin.

How to Connect an External WordPress Website

  1. Open SiteGround AI Studio and go to your Profile menu (top-right corner) > Connectors.

  2. In the WordPress card, click Connect.

  3. Click the Add External Website button.

  4. Enter your domain and click Next

  5. A unique connection key will be displayed. Copy it.

  6. Download the AI Studio Agent plugin using the link in the pop-up:

  7. Upload, install and activate the plugin on your WordPress site.
  8. Go to the plugin settings and click Connect.

  9. The plugin will ask for the connection key you copied earlier. Paste the key and confirm.

Once connected, you can use the AI Agent for WordPress directly from SiteGround AI Studio or via the chat pop-up inside your WordPress admin.
