At SiteGround, we take website performance seriously. That’s why we have developed the SuperCacher – our own powerful caching solution that accelerates website speed multiple times. The SiteGround SuperCacher is available to all our clients and includes three caching options:
NGINX Direct Delivery – it caches your site’s static content like images, CSS files, javascript, flash, etc.
Dynamic Cache – it caches your site’s dynamic content and stores it in the server RAM.
Memcached – it uses Memcached technology which speeds up database calls, API calls, and page rendering by storing data and objects in memory to reduce the number of times a database is queried. It’s a good option for sites that rely mainly on database queries.
For Websites Built with CMS or Custom Code
You can manage the three caching options of the SiteGround SuperCacher via your site’s Site Tools > Speed > Caching.

The websites created with Site Builder are natively equipped with SuperCacher features like NGINX Direct Delivery and dynamic caching to ensure optimal performance. These features require no additional configuration by the website owner and are continuously managed by us.
