SiteGround’s contact points under the EU Regulations
This notice describes the contact points designated by SiteGround Spain S.L. (“SiteGround”, “we”, “us”) for the purposes of email communication with public authorities (except tax authorities), judicial and investigative bodies. It does not apply to any tax-related communication.
I. Contact point for receipt of removal orders in regard to terrorist content:
In accordance with Art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online, SiteGround hereby determines the following contact point for the purpose of receiving removal orders in regard to terrorist content: tcr@siteground.es. Removal orders may be sent to the contact point in any of the following languages: English, Spanish, Bulgarian.
II. Contact point for direct communication with Member States’ authorities, the Commission and the Board under the Digital Services Act:
In accordance with Art. 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market For Digital Services (the Digital Services Act), SiteGround hereby determines the following contact point for direct communication with Member States’ authorities, the Commission and the Board: compliance@siteground.es. Such communications may be sent to the contact point in any of the following languages: English, Spanish, Bulgarian.
III. Contact point for receipt of other types of communications from public authorities (except tax authorities), judicial or investigative bodies:
SiteGround hereby determines the following contact point for the purpose of receiving any other types of communication from public authorities (except tax authorities), judicial or investigative bodies, including orders for provision or preservation of information: compliance@siteground.es. Such communication may be sent to the contact point in any of the following languages: English, Spanish, Bulgarian.
