We currently have two builder versions: one for sites created before March 4th and another for sites created after this date. Sites still using the older builder will be automatically migrated to the newer version soon. If your site hasn’t been migrated yet, please refer to the Classic Builder section below.
To change the color of your website’s footer, first go to Site Admin > Website Builder, and press the Edit Website button.
Then scroll down to the footer section and click on it. When selected, the Edit Footer menu appears, where you can then select the DESIGN tab.
From there, you can change the color of the footer by selecting different color options based on your predefined color combinations.
Note: The text color will automatically adjust to match the new background color, as predefined text and background color combinations are used to ensure accessibility standards and proper color contrast. Because these color combinations are set globally, the change will take effect across the entire site. You can change these default color combinations via the Styles section > Colors.
How to Change the Color of the Footer (Classic Builder)

From there, you can change the color of the Footer by selecting different options using your predefined color combinations.
Note: The text color will also change to match the new color since you have predefined color combinations – text and background in order to ensure accessibility and other standards where color contrast is respected. You may change these default color combinations from Style section > Colors.
