How do I add clients to my websites?

To grant a client access to your website:

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Click on your profile icon to open a drop-down menu.
  3. Select Manage Users.
  4. Open the Clients tab and click Add New Client.

  5. A pop-up window will appear where you can create the client’s profile. First, open the Give access drop-down menu and select the website that the new client will be able to access at the time of the profile’s creation.
  6. Then, submit the client’s details – Name and Email.
  7. Confirm with the Add button.

  8. A new window will open with the necessary login information. You can copy it and provide it to the client via your preferred communication channel.

NOTE: Clients can be added only to websites built with custom code or third-party applications, such as WordPress, which are hosted on GoGeek or a cloud plan.

How do I grant one client access to multiple sites?

Once a client is created, you can grant them white-label Site Tools access to more websites. To do this:

  1. Go to Client Area > Manage Users page.
  2. From the Clients tab, go to the Manage Users section and find the desired user.
  3. Click on the Actions menu on the right, and select Add Websites.

  4. In the following pop-up window, open the Site drop-down menu and select one of the available websites.
  5. Press the Confirm button.

How do I revoke a client’s access to certain sites?

If your client has been granted white-labeled access to multiple sites, you may remove any of them.

  1. Go to your Client Area > Manage Users page.
  2. From the Clients tab, go to the Manage Users section and find the desired user.
  3. Click the Actions menu on the right, and select Manage Websites.

  4. A pop-up will appear showing the assigned websites for this user. Click the Actions menu next to the chosen website.
  5. Select Remove Client to revoke the client’s access to the website.

How do I delete a client?

If you wish to permanently delete a client and stop their access to all your sites:

  1. Go to your Client Area > Manage Users page.
  2. From the Clients tab, go to the Manage Users section and find the chosen user.
  3. Click on the Actions menu on the right, and select Delete User.
