You can create your own prompts to define how AI should respond in specific situations and reuse when needed.
This is helpful for recurring tasks, such as writing product descriptions in a set tone or summarizing customer messages in a standard format.
To create one:
- Go to the Prompts section in the toolbar.
- Click Create in the upper-right corner
- Enter a name, description and write your prompt instructions. Optionally, you can add a Tag, to categorize it.
- Click Create to save it in the library.
Once created, the prompt will appear in the prompt list, with a “CUSTOM” label:
