How to customize the look of my Product Listing page

The Product Listing page is one of the most important pages of your online store, where customers browse, compare, and discover your product inventory.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to customize the Product Listing page in SiteGround Ecommerce.

How to customize the Product Listing appearance

To customize the Product Listing page of your Ecommerce website:

In your website’s Site Admin, click on Website Builder.
Click the Edit Website button in the upper-right corner.

This will take you to the Website Builder dashboard, where you can edit the look of your website.
Click on the Pages tab in the left menu toolbar.
Select Product Listing from the Store Templates section.
Click on the Edit Product Listing button in the preview screen.
In the following pop-up screen, click on the General tab to edit the product listing’s main features.

Columns and Rows – select the number of columns and rows for your product listing
Thumbnail Aspect Ratio – choose the aspect ratio for each product thumbnail
Display Listing Title – switch off if you do not wish to display the title
Show Second Image on Hover – switch on if you wish to display a secondary image when hovering over a product in the listing
Show Product Price – choose if you wish to show the product price in the listing
Show Low Stock Labels – show label if products are low on stock
Show Promo Labels – show a promo label for products on a promotion
Label Type – You can customize the Promo Label so it shows On Sale, a Percentage or some Custom Text
Show Brand Label – switch on if you wish to also show a label for each product’s brand
Show Product Rating – switch on to show the rating of each product in the listing. Ratings are displayed only if you’ve enabled reviews for your products.

Next, click on the Design tab in the pop-up window to customize the Background Color and Label Color.

How to customize the SEO and Social settings of the Product Listing page

To change the product listing page’s SEO settings:

Hover over Product Listing in the Store Templates section.
Click on its Settings (kebab) menu.
Click on SEO or Social to edit either.
In the next window that will appear on the right, edit the SEO or social media settings.
