If you wish to delete a chat session, click on tab History in the left menu toolbar. Find the chat you wish to remove and hover on it. You will see a Trash icon for that chat. Click on the icon to delete the chat.
You will be asked to confirm the deletion in a popup window. Deleted chats are permanently removed.
SiteGround keeps backups of your deleted chats for 30 days.
