Web Version Page of campaigns in SiteGround Email Marketing
Table of Contents
SiteGround Email Marketing generates a web version page of every campaign you’ve created. This page is accessible to everyone, allowing you to expand the outreach and visibility of your campaigns and attract new audiences beyond your current mailing list.
This guide will teach you how to view the web version page for every campaign and how to add a “View this email in your browser” link to your new campaigns.
How to add a “View email in browser” link to a campaign
While building your email, you can opt to include a “View email in your browser” link in the email footer. Recipients can use this link to view the web version page of the campaign in their browsers or share it with other visitors who are not subscribed to your newsletter.
Here is how you can add such a link to your campaign.
- Log into your Client Area > Service > Email Marketing.
- Press the Manage button of the selected Email Marketing service.
- Navigate to Campaigns.
- Open the Email Builder. To do that, click on the New Campaign button to start building a new campaign, or edit an existing draft by clicking on its name or its Actions menu > Edit.
- Open the Design tab, and select Footer.
- Turn on the slider “Show browser preview option.”
All done! With this option enabled, the recipients of this campaign will see a “View this email in your browser” link in the email footer area, which will forward them to the web version page.
