How to Assign a Brand to a Product
SiteGround Ecommerce lets you build a list of brands for your store, which you can easily assign to your products. Follow the steps below to add a brand to a product.
- Go to Site Admin > Store Manager > Products.
- You can add a brand while editing a new or existing product.
- To add a new product, select the New Product button.
- To edit an existing product, click on its name or select its Actions (kebab) menu > Edit.
- Inside the product editor, select the Categorization tab.
- Choose the desired brand from the Brand dropdown menu and confirm with the Save button.
- If you haven’t added any brands yet or if you have to add a new one, click on the Add New Brand button.
- A pop-up window will appear. Type the new brand name and confirm with the Save button.
How to Assign a Brand to Multiple Products
You can also add a brand to multiple products in SiteGround Ecommerce.
- Open the section Store Manager > Products, where you can see a list with all the products that you’ve added.
- Check the boxes on the left for the chosen products, and from the Bulk Actions dropdown menu, select Add to Brand.
- On the next pop-up screen, select the brand for the chosen products from the drop-down menu listing all brands in your store.
- Confirm your choice with the Save button.
